Plan-based minute pools

Voxy bills calls in minutes, not per attempt. Every plan includes a fixed pool of inbound + outbound minutes valid for 30 days. Outbound calls draw from the outbound bucket; incoming calls draw from the inbound bucket. When a bucket runs dry, the outbound dialer pauses automatically and inbound calls return SIP 486 Busy Here so the caller's carrier renders its native busy tone (no wasted carrier minutes on either side).

Manual bank-transfer purchase

Card payments are not enabled in v1. Plan purchases go through a manual bank-transfer flow:

  1. At /workspace/billing/buy, pick a Lite plan or configure a Custom plan with exact-fit quantities.
  2. A 30-minute session opens. The session page lists every active bank account (account title, number, IBAN, SWIFT) with copy-to-clipboard buttons.
  3. Transfer the amount via your bank app, ATM, or branch. Any of the listed accounts is fine — we reconcile against the bank statement.
  4. Upload a screenshot or PDF of the transfer on the session page. The session flips to pending review.
  5. A platform admin reviews + approves manually, usually within a few hours. The plan activates immediately on approval; the minute pool resets to the plan's allotment.

If 30 minutes pass without proof: the session row stays around. You can attach proof later — admins verify against the bank statement, not the timer.

See /pricing for the current Lite + Custom configurations. Custom plans let you pick exact quantities (inbound minutes, outbound minutes, agent slots, dedicated numbers, extra concurrent channels) and pay only for what you need.

Invoices

Every approved purchase generates a PDF invoice numbered VX-<year>-<6-digit-sequence> (per workspace). Download from /workspace/billing by clicking the purchase row.

Low-quota notifications

When outbound minutes hit zero we auto-pause every running campaign in the workspace and fan out a notification to the workspace owner with a link to the campaign detail page. Inbound exhaustion is informational only — new inbound calls are rejected at resolve-inbound, no notification is emitted per call.
