How does billing work?
Plans include a fixed pool of inbound + outbound minutes valid for 30 days. Outbound calls draw from the outbound bucket and incoming calls from the inbound bucket; when a bucket runs dry, the dialer pauses automatically and inbound calls return SIP 486 Busy. Upgrade or buy a new plan to refill the buckets.
Which payment methods do you support?
Card payments are processed in USD via our payment provider. Bank transfers (USD, EUR, GBP) are available on Pro and Business plans — workspace owners request a top-up at /workspace/billing and admin reviews + approves.
Can I connect my own phone numbers?
Yes — Business plan supports bringing your own numbers via custom voice integrations. Contact us to get them provisioned on your workspace.
