Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Voxy when you use our AI voice-agent platform.

Welcome to Voxy. By creating an account, connecting a phone number, or sending a call through our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — if anything is unclear, write to hello@getvoxy.ai and we'll explain.
1. The service
Voxy provides AI voice agents that answer phone calls on behalf of your business. We handle inbound and outbound calls in English, Greek, Malay, Hindi, Arabic, and 30+ other languages, transcribe them, and produce summaries, leads, tickets, and tasks.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace, the security of your login credentials, and the actions of anyone you invite into your workspace. Don't share your password with anyone, and rotate it if you suspect it's been exposed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Voxy to:
- place outbound calls without the recipient's consent where law requires it,
- impersonate another person or business,
- harass, defraud, or deceive callers,
- solicit numbers on a do-not-call (DNC) list,
- circumvent the recording disclosure greeting we play before the AI speaks,
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test the platform.
We may suspend any workspace that violates these rules without notice.
4. Billing
Voxy is billed per minute of call time consumed, plus your monthly plan fee. Bank-transfer top-ups are applied to your workspace within one business day of clearing. Unused minutes do not roll over.
5. Recordings and transcripts
Recordings and transcripts of your calls belong to your workspace. We store them encrypted, expose them only via short-lived signed URLs, and never share them with third parties for marketing purposes. You can delete any call from your dashboard at any time.
6. Service level
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the voice path. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance on status.getvoxy.ai.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time from /workspace/settings. We'll keep your billing record for the period required by applicable tax law and anonymise the rest.
8. Liability
Voxy is provided "as is." We're not liable for losses caused by the AI getting an answer wrong, by an outage on a third-party provider we depend on, or by your own misconfiguration. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll email the workspace owner at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Voxy after that means you accept the new terms.
