Privacy Policy
How Voxy collects, uses, and protects your data — and the data of the people who call you.
Last updated: May 25, 2026
We take privacy seriously. Voxy handles phone calls, so we sit on top of personal data — caller names, phone numbers, voice recordings, and whatever is said during a conversation. This page explains exactly what happens to that information.
1. What we collect
Account data
- your name, email, workspace name, and phone number,
- billing details (the bank reference for top-ups — never your card number),
- your IP address, browser, and login times for security auditing.
Call data
- caller phone number (CLI),
- the audio of the call (if recording is enabled — disabled by default in some plans),
- the transcript, the AI-generated summary, and any leads/tasks extracted from the call,
- the duration and minute-cost for billing.
2. How we use it
Strictly to run Voxy for you. We use call data to operate the AI agent during the call, generate the post-call artifacts you see in your dashboard, and bill you. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not train our AI models on your private calls.
3. Where it lives
Voxy infrastructure runs on globally distributed servers we operate, with encrypted backups. Call recordings are stored encrypted at rest. Recording playback URLs are signed and expire within 15 minutes.
4. Third parties we depend on
We use a small set of vendors strictly necessary to deliver phone calls: a telephony carrier to physically place and receive calls, an AI provider for the live conversation, and an email provider for transactional emails. We pass them the minimum data they need to function, and we don't allow them to use your data for their own purposes.
5. Recording disclosure
If recording is enabled on an agent, Voxy plays a configurable disclosure greeting before the AI speaks. The caller knows the call is being recorded. You can disable recording per-agent if it's not appropriate for your use case.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- export your workspace data as a JSON dump,
- delete any individual call (recording, transcript, summary, leads),
- delete your account — we anonymise your PII and keep only what tax law requires.
Both are available from /workspace/settings. If you can't find them, email hello@getvoxy.ai.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies for login session, theme preference, and the active workspace. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising tracker. Privacy-respecting product analytics (self-hosted) help us improve the product — never tied to your phone number or caller data.
8. Security incidents
If we ever detect a security incident that affects your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours with what happened, what was exposed, and what we're doing about it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date and email the workspace owner if the change is material.
10. Contact
Privacy questions go to hello@getvoxy.ai. We're a small team — a human will reply.
